These terms describe how we work together. We believe in plain language, so we've kept them short.
Our services
We offer estate sales, cleanouts, and buyouts in Berks County and the surrounding counties, Pennsylvania. The specifics of each engagement are agreed at your free walkthrough.
Estimates and offers
Any numbers we share before an agreement are good-faith estimates. A final written settlement is provided after the sale or buyout.
Your belongings
You confirm that you have the authority to make decisions about the belongings in the home. We handle everything with care, but the home and its contents remain your responsibility until we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Sister company
Our sister company, Restorative Housing Solutions, may make an offer on a home. Our estate sale and cleanout services never depend on selling the house to them, and we encourage you to compare offers.
